Start with the short form. To assess your donor area and pattern of hair loss, we will then ask for a few photographs over WhatsApp or email, so nothing is uploaded here. You will receive a written plan and a total cost before you commit to anything. If you are not a good candidate, we will say so.

What we will ask for next

After you send the form, we will ask for these over WhatsApp or email:

• Photographs of the top, front, both sides and back of your head, in good light
• Your age, and roughly how long you have been losing hair
• Any medical conditions or medication you are taking
• Any previous hair restoration surgery

Please note. An online assessment is a first opinion based on photographs, not a diagnosis. A full evaluation, including blood tests, takes place in person before any procedure goes ahead.
